The presentation is always, at least for me, a topic for discusión.
In this case it seemed to me more balanced to present the pentagon supported in its base.
Your post baptized this sample as Gondor’s pyrite and and I’ll keep it like this in my database.

The sky-blue to lavender crystals show distinct color zoning when viewed from the side.
It´s almost a floater specimen with one side coated by a yellowish layer.
This cabinet size specimen comes from a find in 2017 in Pakistan, and features sharp intergrown and layered cubes of fluorite measuring up to 60 mm on edge. |

Hi Firmo, congratulations on a wonderful specimen! As a fluorite fan, I like the fluorites from that quite new find. Some weeks ago a German dealer had a large specimen for sale and I thought about this piece becoming my first addition in 2025. But I hesitated too long and it was sold. I'm glad that you had more luck finding a really really nice one from that locality!
And your photos are stunning, good work!
