Gail's camera... revealing the facets of personalities, and the personalities of the minerals!

Thanks a lot for all your tireless effort, and be assured that all the excitement and enjoyment is coming across! (Even across the pond!)

Can't wait to see each new update :)
Cheers, Gerhard

(Oh and by the way, I hope the Iguana hasn't suffered too much during the cold spell!)

PostPosted: Feb 11, 2011 09:38    Post subject: Re: Gail Spann's Version of a Tucson show report 2011

...Another morning and will add a few more photos.

Last night Jim and I hosted a new event called "Meet the Curators". We had 100, or so, wonderful people come to Casa Vicente and enjoy amazing food and sangria, wines and sodas and visit and get to know each other. It was so much fun because everyone really relaxed and lots of great stories were told.
It has been my dream to do something like this and I enjoyed watching everyone having a grand time.
Jim and I hosted it, but my Jim was still in Dallas on business and was very sorry to miss being there. He arrives back tonight.
The Main show is all it promises to be, the displays are FABULOUS!
I have taken over a thousand photos of the show, but promise to pick the best shots. Much of this report might have to be AFTER I get home!
Will add as I can...
Cheeers! Gail
