Might want to change this to say that Ed, not Bryan, passed away.

Jordi,
Thank you so much for the post and email.
But more importantly, thank you for the huge unintentional laugh that you gave all of us in this time of grieving. It reminds us that through even the darkest times, there's still room for laughter.
So for anyone reading this post, I'm very much alive. It was my father who passed.
With much love, thanks, gratitude and even smiles to all.

My condolences, Bryan.
And, like Mark Twain, you too can say, "Reports of my death have been greatly exaggerated".

Phew, my heart skipped a beat when I read that heading! So glad you are still with us Bryan, I am just not prepared to deal with the loss of both of you wonderful men! Your father was just such a delight, we sat and watched the DVD we got with his wonderful evening at the Westward Look, just last night. Again, we were blown away by his adventurous spirit. And the photos and slide show were joyous to visit again.
Our hearts are heavy with Ed's passing, but we are blessed by having known him. And we are blessed by knowing you too Bryan.

Condolences from me too. I was also quite startled by the subject line!

I have just corrected the Jordi's involuntary mistake. Our most sincere apologies from FMF. Obviously, he is now far from a computer, very busy as always.
My condolences to his family. A great loss for the mineralogical world.
Regards

So sorry Bryan, big mistake and in the worst time, just when I went out. Luckily Antonio has dealt with it. I'm happy that in despite of my wrong text you are alive Bryan, although sad for the decease of your dad.
Again, my condolences.

Hi to everybody!
Now Ed has turned in an angel and looks at us from Heaven! I am sure he has already met all of the collectors we have known and got away before him and all of the teachers I had the luck to have at the University and got the Sky before him! We will all make treasure of his teachings! A big big hug to his family from Italy as well!
Greetings and condolences by Riccardo.

Medici family condolences to you and family, Bryan. We're all glad to hear your death was "greatly exaggerated"!
