Interesting Huanggangliang Fluorite with the zoning. Hopefully they are affordable because I might look into getting one of those as well. Matrix provides an interesting contrast as well.

To me it is reminiscent of the "alien eyes fluorite" from Namibia, Vitaliy, although the crystal form is not identical. I think the "alien eyes" were cubo-octahedral.

Don, do you mean the black/green ones from Erongo Mountains or the lavender-coloured phantoms fluorites from Okorusu? To me, your specimen rather reminds of those from Okorusu ...

Tobi, the only ones I can recall are the ones from Erongo, Namibia.

Indeed a unique and very interesting growth structure, Don, haven't seen this before on an Arkansas quartz specimen.

Don, I echo the sentiments of others - a very neat and unique quartz specimen. Having seen A LOT of Arkansas quartz, I can say I've never seen another one like it. It make you wonder exactly what transpired during the crystal development to result in all those little terminations.

Thank you Pierre, Bob, Mike, Tobi and Michael. It is a fascinating piece to hold in one's hand but difficult to photograph. It is a piece that a person can stare at for a long time wondering how the termination formed.

Interesting growth terminations on the Quartz Don. It seems like there was some kind of natural etching or growth interference present. Either way an interesting specimen.
