Thanks from me too, Gail, great tour of both the show and Harvard. Your "bubble gum" tourmaline looks super!

Thanks Pete, appreciate the kind words.
Here are some more photos, as per Jordi's request. I have included a few of the famous GLASS flowers. This is an area right next to the Mineral hall, and perhaps the most famous exhibit.

I just had five nice photos to add and the website asked me for my name and password, so lost the lot. Will add more when the mood strikes. Right now I want to throw my computer across the room, but won't as I am in no mood to clean up the mess. Don't you love computers????
Later.

Well Gail, probably I love more minerals than computers ;-)
Good job Gail, please don't desist!

Thanks Gail for taking all of the photos at Harvard. The glass flowers are just stunning as well. Did anyone wonder if the Arizona linarite label should say "blue" rather than "clue"? Can you tell me the approximate size of the spangolite specimen (almost typed an extra n), the number of crystals and the size of those crystals?

Hi Les, how are you?
I know we figured the card below each specimen to be about 2 to 2 1/4 inches across. I will see if I have a better photo of the Spangolite, Jim also took some and I know he spent time checking it out. Perhaps he has a better recollection of the size of the crystals.
Okay, gearing up for adding more specimens.
