Salut Fred,
Great photos indeed: https://www.mineral-forum.com/message-board/viewtopic.php?t=327
If you want to give some advices and need an English translator, just post the French version on the forum and I'll do the translation for you if you like and if it pleases Jordi of course.

Text translation by Jordi Fabre:
What, it seems that don't like my English language here? ;-)
Well, why not, but maybe don't would be necessary...
Anyway the CZM soft need a kind of logic...so it is important ,to understand how it works, to use it properly in order to do better photos.
I'm always searching nice collections in my area or from people having the courage to send to me his specimens to be photographed (of course I ship back the specimens, with their photos for private use)
That's it Christophe... and thank you...

quoi quoi quoi on n'aime pas mon anglais ici ? ;)

I'm sorry but I prefer not to send my specimens by mail (to frightened to damage one of them because of bad packing from my side).
But If you are interested in taking pictures of nice specimens you can always try the Grenoble Mineral Show. This year the club of mineralogy will display some of its best specimens from the area. Might worth having a camera around.
I'll try to take some photos for Jordi's forum. Maybe I'll see you there...

When bicycling in France all I remember is the numerous people yelling "Allez! Allez! "
as I huffed and puffed past them. _________________ Minerals you say? Why yes, I'll take a dozen or so... |
