I have a friend (Ed Johnson) who was exhibiting there as a representative of Lagunalace Agates.
He said they maybe were more sales people/exhibiters there, than customers because of the floods making them not want to venture to the show.
Too bad~!!

Oh, by the way, there were certainly quite a few people shopping there, we saw many that had managed to travel despite the rains.

I'm just home... Love your report (as always!)... some thoughts...
Big Thumbs up for all you two do, while sadly, I missed both of you and Jim's talk, I am thrilled to say that in my 5 minute run through the show, I was stopped dead in my tracks by your wonderful display. How awesome to be able to look forward to seeing your treasures each new year upcoming... YAY!!!
Ipad for case re-construction... smart x 10!
LOVE the HOT Fuschia pants!
It's impossible to have too many little carved mineral piggies in the World!
Loved the Title page tourmaline photo for Jim's talk!
