For the occurence, it is Lubumbashi without any other indication about the mine
if an administrator can correct it, it will be nice.

No references for Dioptase in Lubumbashi area...

I would say Tantara but I can't be sure. I believe that the best to do is label it just as "Congo R.D."

You are surely right; please correct it as you wrote.
It is an old specimen bought in a curiosity and gift shop 40 years ago with a paper label indicating Lubumbashi.
It is surely not an accurate reference.:)
