Here's a specimen labeled Marmatite with Quartz and Chalcopyrite from the Empire Zinc Mine, Hanover, New Mexico. I agree with the mineralogy, but cannot confirm if this material actually was produced from this mine. Mindat doesn't list Sphalerite from the mine.

Anybody seen this material before?

Though it's not listed on Mindat, I'm quite certain that sphalerite occurs here, at the Empire Zinc Mine, Hanover (Hanover-Fierro district), Grant Co., New Mexico. It is, after all "a zinc mine", and I'm sure that I've seen sphalerite from here, as well as the oxidized zinc minerals such as smithsonite and hemimorphite.
