It looks like glass debris..
Just man made glass (look at bubbles inside...)

Short of the answer already been guessed with the bubbles, but how thick is it? Was there more? You also mentioned veins? So there was more there? Where was it found as well I don't need god coordinates but province would be helpful too. I have my best guess but would need to know these to determine if it would be worth throwing it on here.
