PostPosted: Oct 14, 2018 10:33    Post subject: Rhodonite, Bustamite, Galena, Cerussite ?

I bought this specimen a couple of weeks ago.
The label says;

Bustamite
Rhodonite
Cerussite
Galena

The specimen has some dark Crystals; This is probably the Rhodonite or Bustamite.
But I can't find any reference specimen of these 2 minerals with Crystals this dark.
The yellow/green Crystals must be Cerussite?

Can anybody clarify the specimen?

Thanks
Mathias

Although it's hard to tell from a single photo, the red crystals on this specimen don't look like the rhodonite or bustamite I've seen from Broken Hill. The luster and color don't look right, and the crystal habit is more like that of sphalerite.

Bob thanks
It crossed my mind as well.
Looks like Sphalerite & siderite.
But from where?
