PostPosted: Nov 30, 2018 11:37    Post subject: inclusion in quartz identification

Hello,

This is my first post on the FMF forum, I want to ask for help identifying what the name of the mineral is that I found in quartz. I have tried to find information on the internet and asked some websites but have not found a definite answer.

The quartz that I found is from the Pangkut mine, Pangkalan Bun, Kalimantan (Borneo), Indonesia.

I hope here I can get certainty. I will attach some photos of the inclusions. The inclusions have yellowish-white color, not grey, and not metallic.

I'm not gemologist, I'm just a hobbyist, and my English is bad, so I'm sorry if my words are wrong.

Hello Wang,

Welcome to the Forum. I moved your post to a more appropriate section of the forum. Hopefully someone will chime in regarding the unknown inclusions in your quartz specimen.
