Hi Dany, could be Goethite.
And I think there are more minerals: The blue stuff could be Azurite, and the (assumed) Goethite seems to sit on small quartz crystals ...

The mine itself is not open to the public, but you can visit the stockpiles sometimes to search for some minor material. More information on the official homepage of the Sachtleben Company who run the mine (also in English):

I would not dismiss the possibility that the black coating is a mixture of manganese oxides.....wad.....rather than goethite. This appearance are very common here in Indiana. While interesting, usually this coating's appearance decreases the aesthetics of the example. BOB

Hi Bob, the fact that this appearance is common in Indiana does not mean that the same applies for the Clara Mine 7000 km away ;-) I don't know if you are an expert for Black Forest or Clara Mine, I am not. But I know a bit about Clara Mine; and Goethite is very very very (!) common there in different appearances - often as a coating like on Dany's specimen, so I think Goethite is still a good guess for this material. There are several manganese minerals there but a coating such as this from Clara Mine is more likely to be Goethite. I made my guess not just based on the appearance on the photos but on my knowledge about that locality.

Regards
Tobi
