Wonderful, Volkmar. For most collectors it's a dream to self-collect such mineral specimens!
Thank you, Tobi! For me it was a dream, too! After the first 3 years with only rare finds in Guangdong, and one year in Hebei without any find, my last 3 years in Fujian were exceptional. Especially, we had to supervise 60 km tunnels straight through the mountains with an interesting geology and a lot of mineralization. Additionally, some mines were not too far away (like Huitan, Nanshanxia, Yongping). My best time for work AND collect in China!
For sure a great experience!
Klingt gut :-)

Please, could an admin change the location of the fluorite from Hongling? I do not know how it happened, but I did not write this text. It is NOT from the Baimashan tunnel (construction site)!
The correct location is: Roadcut near Hongling, Wuyishan Co., Nanping Prefecture, Fujian Province, China.

Thank you in advance!

Sorry Volkmar, my fault. Already fixed.

Sorry, but I do not agree that the above examples of small cloudy and probably iron stained quartz crystals should be called "rock crystal".

Rock crystal is the term reserved for the variety of quartz with larger, clear and transparent quartz crystals.Your small cloudy crystals should be called simple "quartz crystals" with iron staining, nos. Bob

My vote is for Yunnan but (as most of us) I can't be sure. If you don't care I will change the Shaoyang reference for "Yunnan" waiting to know if in the future Molongshan become confirmed?

That is ok for me, thank you, Jordi. I have a label for these specimens (I have two more) with Shaoyang as the location, but I really doubt that information. Yunnan is quite sure, Molongshan is only my assumption. There are also many pegmatites in the Gaoligongshan mountains.
