Another mineral that I can't figure out. Some of the green pieces do look like green tourmaline. Google searches led me to actinolite. But neither of these are convincing for me.

This is most probably a member of the Hornblende group (maybe Actinolite?). In the Tyrolean Alps, these rocks are known as "Hornblende-Garbenschiefer".
