Can someone help me with this one? The red crystals are Vanadinite. But what are the light brown (smaller) crystals? And is the white/yellowish underside baryte? Or is there another mineral that looks like that.

This appears to be a specimen of baryte (cream colored) and vanadinite (dark rust-red colored) from Mibladen, Morocco. The little crystals on the back might be pyromorphite; they're a little blurry.

They are Vanadinite too. Brown Vanadinite is not unusual at Mibladen. So, Vanadinite on Baryte.

It might be easier for you to take the tray of minerals to a local mineral dealer or museum? They can then help you identify things. If that is not easy, keep doing tests and posting

Thank you, for you help! From now on I will first try to identify with mindat.

Most of the time I do have a basic idea of what it could be. As a kid I collected around 200 specimens or so. But now I want to be sure of the name of every mineral I have. So I seek for confirmation online😇

We are happy to help with any doubts on mineral or locality - some are easy (Tourmaline (Schorl) or Vanadinite and Baryte from Morrocco) but some are harder unless one holds the specimen (and even then they are not easy)
