Hi, I found this little collection on Ebay and placed a daft bid in as I was buying a nice copy of Minerals of Northern England (Symes and Young) from the same seller.

An inexpensive buy and some interesting minerals with some unattached old specimen labels in the box.

Now it's entirely possible the labels bear no relation to the specimens. But it would be great If I could tag or ID them if possible. I can take more detailed shots if required. for the price they are nice enough to enjoy unidentified, but any help would be appreciated. I am sure it would be fun to try to tag the tails on these donkeys lol

Try to identify the minerals and then work from that to the labels. I hate it when the label has a number on it but that is not on the specimen, so they lose each other
