I cannot opine on the mineral(s) without the additional information noted above. However, the rock itself is a classic ventifact dreikanter with three wind abraded faces.

Search Wikipedia or other similar website for more information. Wikipedia has entries for both ventifact and dreikanter, including how ventifacts form and why some become dreikanters.
