The main dealer in South Africa is Clive Queit, he is located in Johannesburg and here you have their details:

The other well know dealer in Africa is Charlie Key, although as far as I know he don't have a selling store nor a local or a space where sell minerals. Also I have not his address or email, so I can't help you to meet him, maybe some visitor of this forum can help.

Charles Key is in Namibia and it is true that he does not have a shop. He is primarily a wholesaler to other dealers and does not sell directly to collectors, I believe.
