Small pieces of Quartz.

Hello Besi.

If you go through your photos again, you will notice that many of them are out of focus, being your hand or the grass in the background where the focus is located. If you want to get the pictures under sunlight, place them on a table, over a neutral (black / dark gray) piece of cloth or cardboard and you will be able to get a better focus of your samples.

Hi Besi.

Indeed your samples look nice, I particularly like the one in IMG0047, it looks like quartz with "nailhead calcite". This is a literal translation from spanish, I don know if that is the proper english term for this flat and round calcite.

Jose Luis...it's an informal term, but English speakers also refer to this habit (defined by a broad, low rhombohedron) as Nailhead Calcite. It mus be an old term dating to the days when nails were hand forged, since machine made nails have planar tops

I am surprised that no one has yet reminded you that in submitting photos such as yours it is important to include locality information. So far we have no idea where your minerals are from. The quartzes appear to be very nice but better photos would help.

OK sorry the minerals are from Trepca Mitrovica - Kosovo.
