Hi Plum,
It was difficult to take good pictures of gold specimens in this exhibition. These are the best I've seen. Better than mine.
Amazing expo.

I have done the betterwhat i can with this exposition. Not easy and i'm a little tired :)

Lot of work now.... i think 300-400 photo...

I have taken some too but I was unable to take one in a box next to one of the entrances with many little black columns and the "little" (compared with the rest of the exhibition) golds on top. The columns kept distracting my camera and it was impossible to focus. I have not seen that one up here, I hope you have more to post.

As usual in past years I will publish a complete column about the Show as well as about the (scarce) novelties of this year, but for some reason this year I'm devastated after the Show, so I need few days more to recover time and energy to do it. If in the meantime any of the multiple FMFers which attended the Show wants publish their own thoughts about this edition of the Mineralientage it would be great! ;-)

BTW, many photos of the fantastic exhibit of Gold of this year published here have not the details about their localities. This is because this time the labels were frequently not located together with the specimens, so is hard to remind the right locality of each specimen without its label visible in the same photo...
