This mineral came with likely a mismatched tag V/s journal entry. From Montana. Most likely Hematite or a variant. From the Michigan U. P. iron range. Heavy and hematite usually is pictured a Botryoidal.

looks like a South-East Asian Tectite - but one can not tell for sure just by looking at it. You need to do specific gravity, streak test, and hardness checks. Does it transmit any light at edges? See list of tests to do listed on Forum.
