Belgian fluorites are beautiful, not so much in form, but their size, colors and transparency are amazing.
Here is a first example, the Mercedes star (placed upside down).

I recovered these from the Glendon Pyrophyllite mine -- Standard Mineral Company.

I enjoy the modified cubes.

Habit is called ochsenauge, means 'ox-eye' in german. I haven't seen a good explanation of the formation, but the octohedrons grow curved, don't think a trisoctohedron is involved.
