In the small, idyllic New Hampshire town of Gilsum, established in 1752, there is today and tomorrow, the Gilsum Rock Swap. It's a buy, swap, sell event filled with local and international dealers, pies, camping, ham and bean supper, BBQ chicken, rocks. And it looks like perfect weather. See the Gilsum web site: https://www.gilsum.org/

It would be fun to get to this some day! My sister lives in NH and we get there to visit usually once a year, but my visits have never yet coincided with the swap. Always the future to look forward to!

Gilsum Swap Meet. A perfect day. Not too hot, not too humid, light breeze, temp in the low 80's. I think you would like it Pete.

Great post Vic. Thanks for sharing. I know it takes time to sort through your photos, pick the ones you want to post, and then write captions for each one. Bravo!!
I was particularly taken with the large Herkimer quartz group.
Many thank-you's.
Ed in Kingman.
