Welcome back - very beautiful specimens!
Indeed an unusual specimen from Chumar Bakhoor, I like the "fluorite line" :-)

Thanks, that opal is one of my favorites. I am an opal lover. The blue and green colors swim back and forth like waves in semi-transparent opal. Another specimen for today, this one a Kunzite from southern California and a place very special to me, Hiriart Mountain at Pala (I spent many years on weekends down there when I was growing up).... This pink beauty is an ex Jesse Fisher and Joan Kureczka collection and is in a couple publications including the American Mineral Treasures book, I was lucky to obtain it.
Mineral: | Spodumene (variety kunzite) |
Locality: | Vanderberg Mine, Hiriart Mountain, Pala, Pala District, San Diego County, California, USA | |

Dimensions: | 5.4 × 3.4 × 1.4 cm |
