Check out this sweet red beyl cluster..floater..it's from Thomas range..now before you say.."ohh..thomas range:("..check out this sweet specimen..I have had in for awhile and it's on of my favs..never seen another like it..it can easily hold a candle to violets material
It has a DT crystal with two other full term. crystals attached..so 4 full terms. on this..I have looked it over many many times with 20x loupe and digi scope and can find no contact points whatsoever..it's hard to tell in photos but all sides/faces and terminations have shiny luster to them like you see in some of the photos...with no contact points..there is also a tiny mciro crystal thats a DT attached to one of the faces(can't really see in photos) 1cm x 1cm

I wanted to add a few more photos..not real good but i wanted to capture the pinacoid terminations along with the luster i was speaking of on all the terms. with the light reflecting off them

What a funny website!

Seems the thomas Range beryls are like this when taken off matrix,mine is on matrix,but seems to be complete too.
It's only 5mm..
