Mineral: Sodalite with Pyrite and Wurtzite
Locality: Badakhshan Province, Afghanistan

Probable year of extraction : 2009
Small, smooth, lustrous, translucent dodecahedrons, very well formed and of a dark blue color, set on a matrix of small pyrite crystals (the largest measuring 9mm) with some traces of orange wurtzite. The sodalite crystals are fluorescent (a bright yellow-orange) under long UV rays.
