Mineral: Sodalite with Pyrite and Wurtzite
 Locality:
Badakhshan Province, Afghanistan
 Dimensions: 6.5 x 4.5 x 3.5 cm / main crystal: 1.1 cm.
 Description:
Mass: 87 g
MIM number: 1327
Probable year of extraction : 2009
Small, smooth, lustrous, translucent dodecahedrons, very well formed and of a dark blue color, set on a matrix of small pyrite crystals (the largest measuring 9mm) with some traces of orange wurtzite. The sodalite crystals are fluorescent (a bright yellow-orange) under long UV rays.

Sodalite-MIM_Museum(1326).jpg
 Mineral: Sodalite
 Locality:
Badakhshan Province, Afghanistan
 Dimensions: 2.5 x 2 x 3.5 cm / main crystal: 3.2 cm.
 Description:
Mass: 18 g
MIM number: 1326
Floating single crystal, completely transparent and light purple, with a great number of well expressed facets showing the rare sodalite twin (a reentrant angle makes it possible to verify it, as well as the elongated pseudo-hexagonal effect resulting from the rotation of one dodecahedron with respect to the other). The crystal is at the same time fluorescent (pink under long UV rays), tenebrescent (darkening in response to radiation of one wavelength and then reversibly bleaching on exposure to a different wavelength) and phosphorescent (once the source of UV light is turned off, it emits a pale yellow light in the dark for a period of ten minutes).

 Mineral: Afghanite
 Locality:
Badakhshan Province, Afghanistan
 Dimensions: 7 x 7 x 7 cm / main crystal: 5.7 cm.
 Description:
Mass: 215 g
MIM number: 1324
Double terminated hexagonal prism in a beautiful blue, mechanically freed from its marble matrix. The upper termination of the crystal, richly faceted, is very rare for the species. Under longwave ultraviolet light, the afghanite becomes brownish.

Mineral: Hübnerite with Quartz and Tetrahedrite
 Locality:
Huayllapon Mine (Huallapon Mine), Pasto Bueno, Pampas District, Pallasca Province, Ancash Department, Peru
 Dimensions: 18 x 14 x 14 cm / main crystal: 6 cm.
 Description:
Mass: 3550 g
MIM number: 1322
Probable year of extraction : 2011
Group of very lustrous and well terminated parallel crystals of hubnerite surrounded by quartz crystals in various sizes (with a small Japan Law twin of 2 cm with termination in Y). In their upper portion, all the hubnerite crystals are translucent and give off a beautiful red color when they are backlit. Some gray tetrahedrite is also present at the base of the sample.

Béhierite-MIM_Museum(1321).jpg
 Mineral: Béhierite with Tourmaline (Group)
 Locality:
Ampanodiana pegmatites, Tetezantsio-Andoabatokely pegmatite field, Andrembesoa , Betafo District, Vakinankaratra Region, Madagascar
 Dimensions: 3 x 1.5 x 3.5 cm / main crystal: 3 cm.
 Description:
Mass: 26 g
MIM number: 1321
Floating set of two beige crystals, including one large very well formed and sharp-edged, with traces of pink tourmaline. Considering the healthy state of the crystal surface and the types of faces which constitute them, it is likely that the crystals formed freely in a geode big enough to enable them to develop without contact (as opposed to the narrow fissures in which behierites are generally found in Madagascar).

 Dimensions: 23 x 17 x 11 cm / main crystal: 10 cm.
 Description:
Mass: 1200 g
