Finally got some of my anatase crystals..the location I got from my guy in pakistan was
Kharan village, Baluchistan province...the first 6 pics are around 2 grams each (3 crystals) and the last are a handful 2 grams and less each....going to go collect some rutile at graves Mountain this weekend so it's a titanium dioxide week

Nice anatase!

Hey, good luck at Graves Mountain. Take some photos for those of us who haven't been able to collect there.
And I'm told you should take a wire brush to clean off the pyrophyllite.

Again, good luck there, and keep us posted on your trip.

I will bring my camera..it's really a rock hunters paradise...more so for the more experienced rock collector..not really the type of place for a newbie..lots of rocks to see but identifying what you have found and knowing what to look for seems to fall into the realm of the more advanced collector..can't tell you how many times i have been and had scores of people come up and ask what they should be looking for..LOL..it's not like collecting quartz crystals or anything, ya know..one thing that I really want but don't have a real good specimen of is iridescent hematite..i spend to much of my time looking for rutile though..but this time i got a little insider tip on a honey hole...shhhhh....will try and get some pics
