There was a find a few months ago in Colombia of those.
But when found they are all covered in Goetite.... sadly some sellers in Colombia didn't like that dark look (after realizing they were Pyrite ...

I've seen this Colombian quartz with fibrous looking inclusions... but to me they had looked like hollow tubes... which I am glad to see that Dr Rossman agrees on.

The latter mine I visited on my trip was a much smaller operation in Peas Blancas.
The entrance was barely tall enough for me to enter... and only 10m in I was crouching
