I'd like to reiterate, this piece is very unlike any material I've seen from Iceland.
Most of my collecting has been in the Hvalfjörđur area, around Eyrarfjall in fact.

It looks like an Heulandite with Celadonite inclusions from Eyrarfjall Mountain, Hvalfjörđur.
