After a major cleaning , this is the same specimen as my last post and a two inch CLINOHUMITE with some interesting color.

Hey Mike, in the past I have etched out some good Spinels but this last batch came out just like you see them. I just gave them a good scrubbing and a couple of hours in iron out

Mark, I've given pieces to a half dozen museums and a few are on display at the New York Museum in Albany. I have more than I need and might try and trade some stuff.

Here are some Clinohumites with spinel from the back hill up towards the old Rudy farm

The color is great on these pargasite crystals but the nice blue coating disappears when I clean them.

These are most likely Fluoro-Pargasite crystals from a new pocket.
