Natural emeralds are easy to distinguish from man-made. The real ones are full of fluid inclusion which often are large enough to see without a lens, but certainly are visible with a 10 X.

Yes, it would appear that these results do support a separate origin for the two specimens. But your assertion that sulfur isotopes do not vary over pocket-size distances is quite incorrect. Work at ...
