How about 'crystal gatherers' or 'crystal hunters'? Linguee says both have been used

What a nice Quartz ! I think with the melting of the glaciers, "cristalliers" will continue to find so ...

I did the same in terms of downsizing. A lot of the self collected material was sold at shows. Almost all the non-UK and non-Iberian material was exchanged (keeping the few my wife refused to let me ...

In the main display there is a 'crib sheet' that tells you what each specimen is and where it is from. Small font but readable.

Looks like calling it 'Sagenite Agate' is a marketing ploy - very common with minerals - hence 'Sagenite (of Kunz)'

It could be an epimorph (where one mineral coats another one) of a cubic mineral

Based on an out of focus photo and no tests we can give no opinion. I suggest you take it to a local university and see what they think.

Given where you found these I would suspect that they are slag used to construct the road, thus not natural rocks
