I agree, it does look like a Les Farges specimen.
Penberthy Croft produced some really nice pyromorphites, but they look completely different. I think we can't be completely sure, but Les Farges see ...

I purchased both Azurite specimens last week in Ste. Marie.
They both came with a label specifying the same locality.
Anhui, Jong Ting, China.
But on Mindat I can't find any locality in Anhui calle ...

it was already tested - no reaction to acid ...

And I held the specimen in my hand yesterday, those spheres really look like prehnite, except for the greenish colour that does not ex ...
