I agree that this piece could be from Illinois. I also agree that I don't know such fluorites from England. But I would not rule out that this is maybe from Saxony/Germany. I have seen similar pieces ...

The next specimen is a small sculpture of fluorite on schorl from the Erongo Mountains in Namibia that strikes with its shape and beauty. An eye-catcher, though a quite small one :-)

Considering the photo of the backside I agree, it looks like a piece from Cave-In-Rock in Illinois.
