This last specimen is dioptase over calcite rhombs. From Tsumeb Mine (Tsumcorp Mine), Tsumeb, Otjikoto (Oshikoto) Region, Namibia.

Hi Paul

The specimen on photo 57 looks like smithsonite, maybe the type with a yellow core, I think I saw pieces like that labelled as 'cadmiun smithsonite'.
