Hi Jorde
my name is chris wong. I have met you when you were in the lobby at the Excutive in many years ago. You might remember my face. I used to set up at the Excutive Inn and then the Inn suites. I was selling mostly herkimer diamonds.
I will be in Barcelona July 2-5th 07. I see that you are located in Barcelona, and would like to stop by your shop if you are going to be there.
Also I would like to dig minerals during my visit. I am most interested in the pyrites. I had talked to Nestor several years back and said it was possible. However I have tried to contact him but I have not recieved a reply. Could you give me information on how to go about digging the Pyrites at either location. And where they are located from Barcelona.
Also if there are other places I can dig for minerals, it would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks for your time and hope to see you.
Chris

Hi Chris,

Just a fast answer, actually I'm starting my trip to Sainte-Marie-aux-mines Show.
You have two places in Spain where to dig Pyrites (paying for the permission): Navajún (cubic Pyrites) and Ambasaguas (pyritohedral Pyrites).
For the first ones you can use the Navajún web's page: https://platea.pntic.mec.es/~fmarti4/piritas.htm
the name of the owner is Pedro Ansorena, and for the Ambasaguas ones please use: https://www.strahlen.org/magspublic/bocamina/12-ambasaguas.pdf
The owner's of the mine name is Manolo Urruchi Barón and you should contact with him before to go there.
Both deposits are located towards 500 Kilometers far of Barcelona city.

Jordi
