I just discovered your Mindat page and found out that you have hundreds of superb photos, I hope you're gonna share them also here! By the way, interesting wulfenite. Didn't know that Spanish locality before (I'm not an expert for Spanish minerals), the crystals remind me of those Ojuela Mine in Mexico. Please keep up your good work!

Thank you all. Begin publishing photos here at FMF back in 2010, already a few years ago I discovered my hobby of mineral photography. Since then I have not stopped learning and practicing. After many years of extracting thousands of minerals, I have seen that what I really like are the photos. It is a pride to publish here that was where I started.

'After many years of extracting thousands of minerals'.
Hi Carlos, where did you collect and do you have accounts of some of your collecting outings?

The truth is that I have extracted thousands of minerals, mainly
Pyromorphite. San Andrés mine, Cordoba
Celestine. Puente tablas, Jaén
Prehnite. Oficarsa Quarry, Jaén
Siderite-Chalcostibite-Tetrahedrite. El Vagón mine, Granada
Wulfenite. Albuñuelas, Granada
And many more in different locations.

Hi Carlos/James, do you have any links that I can follow to read of these exploits?

Hi Pierre
There is a Spanish site that I tend to use: (see if google translate works on it - since I read it in Spanish I have no idea if it is useful)
https://www.mtiblog.com/
Click on 'Localidades', then on a autonomous community (Carlos lives in 'Andalucia') then choose a mine from the list of mines in each Province (so look at 'Minas de .... Province' then a mine). For example the mine 'Mina Resuperferolítica' in 'Minas de Cordoba'. You can then see photos of minerals/the mine (click on the photos to see them). I hope that works for you.
;
The mines Carlos mentioned were:
Pyromorphite. San Andrés mine, Cordoba
Celestine. Puente tablas, Jaén
Prehnite. Oficarsa Quarry, Jaén [Cantera Oficarsa]
Siderite-Chalcostibite-Tetrahedrite. El Vagón mine, Granada
Wulfenite. Albuñuelas, Granada
I have seen other reports about those mines, but cannot recall where!
Or use the Spanish version of the FMF and search for a mine.
I hope that helps.
James
