in the beginning this is my first topic in FMF hope to gain acceptance.

Sudan bigger country in Africa and found in middle east of this area, about 1 million km2 the Sudan you can see many several types of rocks and minerals from south to north and from west to east. In the east found gold, gypsum, copper, sulfides mineral. In the west of Sudan found gold and fluorite, uranium and some occurrences of chromites. In the south of Sudan not explored in details but rich by gold, in north rich by iron and also found gold and talc.

40 years ago a swedish geologist friend worked in Sudan and one pegmatite had giant beryl crystals 40 cm in diameter! Until his visit they had not been recognized as he told.

in sudan found big mine in hassai area for gold and massive sulphides
