And highly cropped |
Don, yes the photo is cropped, but it was taken with a normal lens. I didn't think I had time to switch to a telephoto for fear of missing the opportunity. They were pretty close. There were 3 bears traveling together - a sow and her two cubs. Shortly after this photo, we watched as mama laid down and nursed her cubs. It was pretty awesome.

My next door neighbor, who is also a doctor, has COVID-19.

Maybe you will like my photo's of the Lezard Rouge, especially the interior:
The Lézard Rouge (French for "Red Lizard") is a historic Tunisian train, once the property of the Bey of Tunis,[2] but now used for tourists. It runs from Metlaoui to Redeyef and passes through the spectacular Selja Gorges, taking some 40 minutes for the journey. The railway was built for mining trains carrying phosphates.

In the states we would call that a "porcelain thrown." From my files I do not know where this was taken. Double header.

I made this model oil well around 2005, and had nice comments at tractor and old engine shows. My own design with Mahogany base.

After Michael's wild bear (great shot be the way), another wild animal (it's true) especially when you show him some butter...
Being stuck at home I regularly walk the terrace around the house to do some exercise. The dog starts following me but after a couple of loops he stops at the entrance door and wait, expecting he'll get inside.
When I start the third loop he looks at me not understanding what I'm doing (he probably thinks I'm nuts), then starts running after me to catch up until we go back to the entrance door. Then, the whole process starts again...

I do like FMF.
Some words to thank Jordi, the administrators and all the persons who participate to keep this site alive.
I've seen several sites but this one is the best in quality thanks to the rules that avoid to have anything and everything.
Keep safe and say at home.

I fully agree! Especially in times like this when everybody stays at home, our forum is the best virtual place to be as a mineral friend. Thanks Jordi and all of you for making this possible!
