Just discovered that Jolyon Ralph published some wonderful museum reports from Freiberg, Saxony. There's a lot (really A LOT) of new photos from the several Freiberg museums and you should not miss that:

Terra Mineralia (the best mineral collection/museum in Germany and one of the best in the world):

https://www.mindat.org/article.php/4926/Terra+Mineralia+-+Freiberg+2024

Krügerhaus (THE ultimate collection of German minerals):

https://www.mindat.org/article.php/4927/Krugerhaus%2C+Freiberg

Freiberg Mining Academy:

Thanks to Jolyon for that journey!

I visited Terra Mineralia and Krügerhaus some years ago and yes, truly great! I haven't been to the Freiberg Academy collection but it also seems worth a visit ...
