Gorgeous!

But I fear the right lower cube might get loose some day and drop. Just a matter of time...

Pierre,

This kind of specimens are rather affordable. No stratospherical prices.

I know Carles, you will be surprised what an average priced specimen (Euro or US$) cost us in Rand. Time it with 14 or 17. South Africans very rarely buy specimens from abroad for this very reason. On the other hand, you can buy very nice specimens here for very little compared to overseas prices. I swap with a few friends in Spain and it has worked well. I hope you understand, my 'hint' was a joke. The Bible clearly teaches me not to covet :-) :-) All the best Carles, your collection has given me a lot of pleasure!

Of course, I understood right away.

Or maybe it has been glued yet, as many Navajun specimens are due to the texture of the matrix that tends to lose the pyrite crystals quickly :(

I guess it does not depend much on such ratio, 14, 17, or one thousand. Just think on the Japanese yen change rate. It should rather be a matter of the country household average income. But anyway Navajun pyrites are among the best quality/price ratio minerals you can buy. Why? Because of their abundance. The deposit may easily last one hundred more years. So keep calm and don't rush to get one good specimen yet.

Good luck!
