There was a display at Tucson some years back that had what looked like a dinner table with all sorts of mineral specimens (and rocks i think) that looked like a set table full of food. It included specimens that looked like bread and cheese and fruits. Can anyone remember which show that was?

Hi Matt,

Your question is from February, but I can help very late with the show (at least the show that I visited). I have seen the same table at the first show in Changsha. I wrote an article for the German "Mineralienatlas" with pictures of these "meals"! It was an amazing thing!

Hi, Volkmar.

My compliments on your very interesting and detailed article.
BTW, a very funny set table.

Greetings from Tuscany.

Some possibility to write here a new version and in English language?

Otherwise, I remember to all FMFers that the Google translator at the left top of every page works very well.
