Apart from being an extremely unusual penetration twin, I think this image belongs in this thread as it shows well developed trapezoidal icositetrahedron, dodecahedron and cube faces.

Many thanks, Jordi.
I've found the expert knowledge and wealth of examples shared by the members of this forum hugely rewarding. For me, the progression from knowing almost nothing about a topic at the beginning of one of these threads to quite a lot more towards the end is very satisfying.

These fluorites from Fothergill Sike, Birkett Common, Kirkby Stephen, Cumbria show both tetrahexahedral edge modifications and hexoctahedral corner modifications (ex Ralph Sutcliffe).

This topic is too good to be forgotten! I will continue it with a picture I made of my new fluorite from Shangbao Mine:
Mineral: | Fluorite |
Locality: | Shangbao Mine, Leiyang, Hengyang Prefecture, Hunan Province, China | |

Hi, Ru. Have you figured out anything else? Please, look at this picture. I have obtained something similar combining two different hexoctahedra: {9 2 15} (blue) and {1 2 3} (green). Of course it is only an arbitrary approach. Therefore the green faces might be another hexoctahedron...
What do you think?
Description: |
Grey = cube = {1 0 0} Red = octaedron = {1 1 1} Yellow = trapezohedron = {2 1 1} Blue = hexoctahedron = {2 9 15} Green = another hexoctahedron = {1 2 3} |
