Some well-deserved plaudits for Marie Huizing and Rocks & Minerals magazine
Following the column published in the fine Russian magazine "Mineralogical Almanac" we want also wish to Marie Huizing (& Terry Huizing) and her loved magazine Rocks & Minerals the best for the new 2015!

One of the most admirable facts in US is the great quality of the mineralogical magazines and not only this, also their friendly relationship. A model for all worldwide agents related with the mineralogy.

Marie certainly deserves all of the tributes cited above. She is doing a remarkable job as editor of Rocks & Minerals, and she devotes extraordinary amounts of personal time and effort to make the magazine as fine as it is. She is also a very modest person and is very embarrassed over the attention given her with this thread.

What nice tributes these are! Marie is such a lovely person and such a joy to know. Not only that, she is wonderful to her authors, making the experience of publishing in Rocks & Minerals a pleasure and a real honor!
