The photo may not be the best. but the fluorite looks water-clear, wow!

Thanks Tobi, you are correct, the photo really doesn't do the specimen justice. It has a very light and uniform green hue and has many large well-formed cubes with almost no damage. The entire piece is as clear as glass, the cloudy looking areas in the middle are the matrix showing through from the back.

I have finally gotten around to photographing some of my recent acquisitions. This is one of my favorites. It is hard to get a photo that does it justice. The upper cube is glass clear with purple phantoms around the edges, while the lower ones are glass clear with dark purple phantoms in the center. I believe they are on Muscovite, but I'm not 100% sure.

My absolute current favorite. As usual, the photo doesn't do it justice. It has a few nicks and the matrix needs a trim, not perfect, but the way it catches the light... It just glows. Sort of a satiny luster that makes the crystals look like cubes of gelatin. I love it.

Richard, I understand why you love this specimen! A beautiful piece with isolated cubes of great colour, you're right with the gelatin look. As a fluorite collector I can congratulate you on this nice yellow fluorite!
