I am not sure about this one. It could be malachite? The light green feels soft to the touch, but if you've touched it, the thin layer seems damaged. I don't know where it comes from.

The hardness is around 3.The streak color is light green.

What is the black mineral on your specimen? On mindat there are a couple of photo's of malachite with botryoidal hematite.

looks like malachite with chrysocolla, most likely provenance is the Democratic Republic of Congo

If you mean the 'black' botryoidal formation in the middle. This is actually dark green (more obvious when you shine light on it) and I think this is most likely to be malachite.
