PostPosted: May 26, 2025 10:22    Post subject: Albite from Dauphine, France

This specimen of albite (pericline on label) is from an old American collection put together in 1893. (Silas Bronson Library) It was sold by the well-known dealer A. E. Foote. The locality is given simply as Dauphine. Are there any ideas about a specific locality?
