Not beautiful, not pristine, not perfect, but sure a rarity from the Alps: Aquamarine from Austria! A 15 cm specimen with a 4 or 5 cm aqua crystal to the right. From Untersulzbach Valley (not for away from the famous epidote locality Knappenwand).

This may not look spectacular at first sight, and it really was hard to photograph, but i had to take a picture: A specimen with a 4 cm zircon from Switzerland! The specimen behind also had a crystal that was only slightly smaller.

Your are right about the hematite from Mörchnerkar ( https://www.mineral-forum.com/message-board/files/haematit_moerchnerkar_695.jpg ) it is incredible. Of course I like many of these pieces; thank you for posting them. And the one just beneath it is very fine as well.

Yes, this hematite specimen is really great. Actually i'm not a big fan of hematite roses, but this large one ... wow!

But my favourite of all the specimens is the beautiful emerald from Habach Valley. Here's another photo of it that i haven't already posted. It's 10 cm wide and the crystals are 20 - 30 mm. Just wonderful!
